App Store Purchases
TradeCortex subscriptions are purchased through the App Store. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests for App Store purchases.
Manage or Cancel
You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges.
Request a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted through Apple's official purchase support flow. TradeCortex cannot directly reverse App Store charges.
