TradeCortex provides informational market research tools, AI summaries, order flow signal displays, watchlists, and related market context. TradeCortex does not provide brokerage services, trade execution, personalized investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
2. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Market data, AI summaries, alerts, and signals may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.
3. Subscriptions
Pro and Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Pricing, trials, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple and shown before purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer protected systems, scrape excessive data, disrupt infrastructure, or use TradeCortex for unlawful activity.
5. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Real-time and delayed market features depend on data sources, network conditions, and backend availability.
