TradeCortex may collect app device identifiers created for service continuity, TradeCortex usernames, subscription entitlement status, support messages you send to us, and technical logs needed to keep the service reliable. The app may also store local preferences such as watchlist symbols, alert settings, and display preferences on your device. We do not ask for brokerage login credentials and we do not execute trades.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive subscription status information needed to unlock app features, but Apple handles payment credentials and billing.
4. Analytics and Service Logs
We may use privacy-conscious analytics and server logs to understand app stability, feature usage, page visits, and service performance. These logs help diagnose crashes, outages, abuse, and data-delivery problems.
